V16 Pump Controller
The V16 Pump Controller is used for water fed pole systems to control pressure settings and flow rate.
One of the unique features of the V16 Pump Controller is its Polarity Protection. Unlike other pump controllers, if you attach the red and black wires onto the incorrect battery terminals, the circuit board will not blow. The Polarity Protection simply stops the controller from turning on.
The V16 Pump Controller replaces the V11 Pump Controller range and will fit any water fed pole system. As this V16 Controller has the same dimensions as other branded V16 Controllers, installing your new controller is a simple task.
As added protection, we recommend fitting the in-line fuse which comes supplied on the positive wire (red).
Wiring instructions:
The V16 Pump Controller has four wires - two of which are connected to the battery and the remaining two to the pump.
Fit the controller red wire to + (positive) to the battery and the black wire to – (negative) on the battery.
Fit the controller brown wire to the red pump wire, and the controller blue wire to the black pump wire.
- The advanced pump drive system runs the pump much more smoothly and quietly and extends pump life
- V16 pump controller will not be damaged if wired incorrectly, it will simply shut down
- Over current detection and short ciruit protection.
- Auto shut off which will stop the pump running when in senses flow has stopped, DE
- Black in colour
- Brown wire to pump red, blue wire to pump black. Red wire to Positive Battery, Black wire to Negative Battery
- Ensure in line fuse is fitted on red wire from Controller to Battery
